Snow Labyrinth 2004

Over two days, 7 different 7-pathed 'Ariadne's Threads' were formed by trampling the snow. The centres of all of them were deliberately laid out in a heart shape. In my main daily meditation I visualised a light column (that joined heaven and earth), my silent thanks to the power of creation.
To retain the structure, all the paths had to be re-trampled with my new snow shoes every day for just a week. My action was day by day accompanied with dense snowfall and shaped a soft volume by its intensity. It required great concentration to tramp the structure into the snow without measurable aid. These daily hours of concentration resulted in my dreams at night being overwhelmed with personal issues. In addition my energy levels increased dramatically; I felt strong and centred.
